A ll   operators   must   demonstrate   through   theory   and   practical   hands-on   exposure,   their   ability   to   safely   operate   a   Aerial   Articulating Boom   in   their   work   environment(s)   through   Safe   Work   Practices   and   Procedures   as   a   Competent   Aerial   Articulating   Boom   operator in   compliance   with   both   the   Occupational   Health   and   Safety   Act    &   Regulations   stated   under   the   CAN/CSA-C225-10   Self   Propelled     Boom Training Standards. Employers   are   responsible   to   ensure   the   operator(s)   be   provided   the   required   instruction   to   demonstrate   Aerial   Articulating   Boom     operation Safe Work Practices and Procedures under the Occupational Health and Safety Act and Regulations.
Operation and safety features of the Aerial Articulating Boom the operator will use Operator safety and all site specific safety issues at the work place Maintenance, fuel sources and procedures (battery operation and propane) Written test (maybe retaken as necessary) Workbook provided When written test has been successfully completed, operator(s) will be scheduled for practical hands-on Aerial Articulating Boom operator training and evaluation at their work environment.
Classroom Instruction...                                                      Approximately 4 hours... Final Practical Hands-on Evaluation...  Approximately 30 Minutes Per Operator...
Pre-operational inspection Operating Aerial Articulating Boom in work environment This training program is tailored to industrial and warehouse customers, providing an excellent service with minimal work time interference. Within one (1) week after the training is completed, the certificate(s) 8 ½ X 11 and wallet size will be mailed to the company for which the service was rendered.   Location for theory classroom instruction: Client work environment Date & Time for theory classroom instruction: As per client requirement and availabilty Location for hands-on practical demonstration by operator(s): Client work environment Date & Time for hands-on practical demonstration by operator(s): Regular work hours at client work environment Cost: $300.00+ 39.00HST = $339.00 X ____ Participant(s) = $ _______________ Recertification training required every three years.
